1. Describe Your Challenges and Breakthroughs
   > Register or login to tls.trainingpayback.com > Complete your profile.
   > Click Goals & Impacts > click Create
   > In Performance Idea, describe your challenge or the innovation
   > Complete the remaining information > Save Goal
   > For those with in-process or completed innovations
   > Click Update and complete the form



2. Collaborate
   Invite speakers, peers, your team to comment on your goal.
   > Click Network > Click Invite Reviewers > Enter the info > Click Invite



3. Share Your Challenges and Breakthroughs
   Ask Summit participants to help with your challenges
   > Click Goals & Impacts > Click Share > Complete the Form > Submit
   Showcase your innovations
   > Click Share > Complete the Form > Click Submit
